1. What this is

The Mr. Wall Street membership ("the membership", "we") is a private membership that gives you access to market research, opinion and the positions Mr. Wall Street takes with his own capital, delivered through this website and private Telegram channels. It is educational content and market opinion. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing we publish is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

2. Risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the loss of all capital. Every decision you take is yours alone. Past performance, including any track record shown here or inside the channels, does not guarantee future results. Do your own research and never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

3. Membership and billing

Payments are processed by Whop. Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in your member area; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for and no further charges are made. The Lifetime membership is a single payment with no renewals.

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change for new members at any time. An existing subscription keeps its price for as long as it stays active.

4. No refunds

The membership is a digital information product with immediate access. All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial periods and Lifetime purchases. If you forget to cancel a renewal, the renewal is still due. Opening a chargeback for a service you received ends your membership immediately and permanently.

5. Your account

One account per person, tied to one Telegram account. Your invite links are personal and are approved only for you. Do not share your login, your invite links, screenshots or any content from the channels. Reselling, redistributing or publishing our content, in whole or in part, is not allowed. We may suspend or terminate access for sharing, abuse or any behaviour that harms the community, without refund.

6. Telegram access

Access to the private channels is delivered through personal invite links in your member area on this website. The official bot approves each link only for the Telegram account of the member who owns it; that Telegram account becomes tied to the membership. When a membership ends, the bot removes that Telegram account from the channels. We never message you first: anyone contacting you claiming to be Mr. Wall Street is a scam.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website and channels available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change the content, the channels, the features of the website or these terms. Material changes are announced inside the channels or by email; continuing to use the membership after a change means you accept it.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mr. Wall Street and the operators of the membership are not liable for any loss, including trading losses, arising from the use of the content, the website or the channels. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the twelve months before the claim.
