1. What we collect

• Account: your email address, an optional name, your password (stored hashed, never readable by us) and your email preferences.
• Membership: your plan, its status and renewal dates, as reported by Whop. We never see or store card numbers; payments are handled entirely by Whop.
• Telegram: your Telegram user id and username once one of your invite links is approved, and which channels you were invited to, joined or removed from.
• Technical: standard server logs and an audit trail of access changes, kept for security and support.

2. Why

To deliver what you paid for: recognise your membership, give you access to the channels, remove access when a membership ends, send you the emails needed to run your account (codes, receipts, access changes) and answer support requests. If you opt in, we also send updates from Mr. Wall Street; you can turn those off in your member area at any time.

3. Where it lives

We use a small number of providers to run the service, each only for its job: Supabase (database and login), Whop (payments and subscriptions), Resend (sending emails), Telegram (delivering channel access) and GitHub Pages (hosting the website). We do not sell or rent your data and we do not run advertising trackers.

4. Cookies and storage

The website uses your browser's local storage to keep you logged in and to remember your checkout while you create your account. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are set by us.

5. Retention

Account and membership data is kept while you have an account and for as long as needed afterwards to handle billing disputes and legal obligations. Audit logs are kept for up to 24 months.

6. Your rights

You can see and change your email preferences in your member area (Settings). To access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to close your account, write to contact@mrofwallstreet.com from the email address on the account. Deleting your account ends your membership access; it does not refund payments (see the terms).
